At Travelers we are always looking to the future for ways to give back to the communities that we are part of, be that through charity work, sustainable practices or staff support.

As part of our continuing development we have our T5 committees that any and all employees are welcome to join or support:
Made up of staff members from all areas of the business. Their aim is to fundraise for worthy causes, whilst creating a sense of community spirit throughout Travelers, tapping into our employee pool for fresh and innovative ideas to shape the future of the business.
The Green Group focuses on promoting environmental initiatives within the business and is continuously working to improve our environmental performance.
Women's Diversity Network
The WDN is open to anyone who wants to take positive action to improve the gender balance within our industry. Members collaborate to deliver a variety of events, as well as sponsoring industry and external networking and mentoring activities, educational seminars and leadership development opportunities.
The Employee Forum is an opportunity for everyone to feel connected to the leadership team. The Forum is a two-way channel to inform and consult with employees about important developments, as well as giving colleagues a chance to provide feedback on issues affecting the business.
Sports & Social Committee
The SASC’s primary aim is to get Travelers Europe energised! The group looks to bring everyone together to connect, have some fun and help create a great working atmosphere.
Charity of the Year
At Travelers UK, we are so proud to support the National Autistic Society (NAS) as our chosen charity of the year for 2019. The NAS are the UK's largest provider of specialist autism services. Their trained staff and volunteers bring passion and expertise to the lives of 100,000 autistic people every year.

Earlier this year, Travelers was awarded the Chairman's Cup, the highest accolade at London’s Clean City Awards Scheme, due to our efforts to ensure green, sustainable practices were adopted across the business in 2018.
The judges pointed particularly to the great waste management around our Creechurch office move as a stand-out achievement, as well as smaller initiatives such as separating waste; introducing 'FollowYou' printing; providing reusable utensils and purchasing from sustainable sources.
We hope to continue this success through the work of another of our staff committees, the Green Group, and their initiatives throughout 2019.
The inaugural Travelers Europe summer festival saw over 400 guests – made up of our broker partners, clients, employees and their families – come together for an afternoon of ambition and entertainment.
Unlike anything that has come before in the industry, FesTRVal delivered a first in broker and client hospitality: a family-friendly environment featuring up-and-coming artists, musicians and acts, including a headline acapella act from ‘The Sons of Pitches’.
This year we have partnered with Stonewall, becoming Diversity Champion members in support of our LGBT+ network at Travelers.
We recently launched our Masterclass initiative internally, meeting feedback from staff asking for the opportunity to find out about other areas across Travelers. Delivered and managed by our Brand Champions, our Masterclass has since matched over 50 mentees and mentors who will spend time together to strengthen and grow our expertise across the business!
We sponsored the booked-out session at Lloyd’s Dive In looking at neurodiversity in business, and asking the question: ‘Is Neurodiversity the Untapped Power to Help Ambitious Organisations Thrive?’
Staff showed their support for World Mental Health Day this year by picking up green ribbons to add to their lanyards. We also launched our Mental Health First Aider team of trained volunteers who will be on hand to listen & offer employees practical support.
