Volume 7 / Number 1 April 2012
Welcome to the April issue of On Risk.
In this spring issue of On Risk we are focusing forwards on new developments as well as looking back at reported cases and claims that we have seen. Hard to believe, but this indemnity year is almost half-way through and we at Travelers will soon be getting ready for another renewal season. Of course, the important thing is not just what you will be putting on your proposal form then, but what your claims record will show insurers, and it's what you are doing now, on a day to day basis, that will affect that. We hope this edition offers some useful thoughts on risk management.
