Our policy

Our policy provides the following benefits :

Cover exceeding the requirements of the Law Society's Minimum Terms and Conditions
Cover for the required minimum limit of indemnity of £2 million for partnerships (or £3 million for LLPs or limited companies) and for further limits up to £10 million.
Accidental damage to documents cover up to a limit of £1 million for each and every claim for accidental damage to client or third party documents in your custody or control.
Compensation for court attendance at a rate of £500 per day in the case of a partner and £200 per day in the case of an employee if in the course of defending a claim we require a representative of your firm to attend court as a witness
Personal Accident cover (exclusively for 2-15 partner/member firms) paying £50,000 to an Insured Principal (or their administrators or estate) in the event of that person suffering death or permanent total disablement as a result of an accident occurring during the period of insurance.
